Virginia Democrats in the state legislature passed a bill on Thursday that will enact unconstitutional red flag laws and another piece of legislation that allows non-doctors to perform abortions.

My state of New Mexico with its newly elected progressive governor is in the process of enacting similar policies. 2020 may turn out to be the year that even people who don’t follow politics are going to have to decide if they want to watch their country slip into lawlessness or get involved to save it.

Virginia Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax, who has been accused of committing violent sexual assault, cast the tie-breaking vote on the abortion measure after the state senate reached a 20-20 deadlock.

The legislation will allow nurse practitioners and physicians assistants to perform abortions in the state of Virginia. It also will remove women from hearing the following information before receiving an abortion:

1. A full, reasonable and comprehensible medical explanation of the nature, benefits, and risks of and alternatives to the proposed procedures or protocols to be followed in her particular case;

2. An instruction that the woman may withdraw her consent at any time prior to the performance of the procedure;

3. An offer for the woman to speak with the physician who is to perform the abortion so that he may answer any questions that the woman may have and provide further information concerning the procedures and protocols;

4. A statement of the probable gestational age of the fetus at the time the abortion is to be performed and that fetal ultrasound imaging shall be performed prior to the abortion to confirm the gestational age

While one chamber was passing abortion bills, the other chamber in the Virginia legislature passed a bill to enact unconstitutional red flag laws that strip gun owners of due process in taking their guns. It passed by a 52-46 vote.

“Today we fulfilled our promise to make Virginia’s communities safer from preventable gun violence,” wrote Virginia House Speaker Eileen Filler-Corn in a statement.

“Too many Virginians have lost a family member, friend, neighbor or co-worker because their elected representatives refused to take measures to keep firearms away from those who would do harm to themselves and others,” she added.

The red flag law was one of many anti-gun bills passed by the Virginia House Democrats today. After they passed these bills, they celebrated destroying the 2nd Amendment on social media:

Virginia Democrats@vademocrats Gun safety bills the House of Delegates passed today:

Universal background checks

Red flag law

Allow localities to regulate guns

Mandate reporting of lost/stolen guns

One handgun a month rule

Prohibiting child access to firearms

The red flag legislation and the bill to relax abortion restrictions still need to pass the other chamber and be signed by Governor Blackface Northam before they can be come law.

We need to support outstanding Republican candidates that are willing to stand up for what’s right or precedents such as this begin to spread through the country.

There is a candidate running in President Trump’s home district who is an outspoken Jewish journalist who has made her name exposing Democrats. She’s been deplatformed by Big Tech in order to silence her because they’re terrified of her. She’s got support from Judge Jeanine, Michelle Malkin, Brandon Straka, Roger Stone, and the Limbaugh team because of her willingness to take on the system and its cronies. If you’re not familiar with her, I have videos below. She’s got big name support because these people believe she is the only one who can go to Congress and stand up to AOC and The Squad. She’s not worried about PC BS or being labeled a racist. She’s already been labeled that for years. As anyone knows who pays even a little bit of attention to politics, then you know that AOC has taken control of the Democrat party. Well we want our AOC and that person is an intelligent, quick witted Jewish journalist according to Judge Jeanine who she asks everyone to support. Small donations are very helpful as they add up.
