Ben Bergquam, a journalist for America’s Voice News, ran into radical jihad supporter Linda Sarsour at the airport on Monday.
“Do you support Israel’s right to exist?” Bergquam asked Sarsour.
“I’d rather not speak to you,” Sarsour said, rather than answer the question.
“Trump is your president, and he will be for another four years,” Bergquam told Sarsour as she rode an escalator away from being questioned. “Linda Sarsour everybody, shameful, shameful. Whoever invited her to Fresno should be ashamed of themselves. Anti-American, Anti-Israel, terrible, terrible, terrible person.”
Bergquam posted his video of Sarsour refusing to answer whether she supports Israel’s right to exist on Twitter.
“Ran into @lsarsour at the airport today,” wrote Bergquam. “She refused to answer my questions at the Womens March about Islam’s oppression of women and her hypocrisy. What do you think she’ll do today when I ask her about Israel’s right to exist? … “

Sarsour promotes economic warfare against Israel as a promoter of the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement, also referred to as BDS. Sarsour has warned that women who support Israel aren’t feminists and has persistently refused to acknowledge the plight of women living under Sharia law, which she has publicly expressed support for. In many countries, women who are raped are punished harshly, sometimes even put to death, under sharia law.
Sarsour has praised Imam Siraj Wahhaj, whose son was arrested after his jihadi training camps were discovered in New Mexico, in which children were trained to shoot up schools and one boy died.
Sarsour is a regular at fundraising events for Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), an Islamic organization that was founded by members of the Muslim Brotherhood.
In 2017, Sarsour called for jihad against the Trump administration. Speaking at the annual conference of the Islamic Society of North America, a group that the Investigative Project on Terrorism notes was an “unindicted co-conspirator” in a terror-funding prosecution and was allegedly “created by members of the Muslim Brotherhood,” Sarsour called on the Muslim community to unite against the White House.
“I hope that we, when we stand up to those who oppress our communities, that Allah accepts us from us that as a form of jihad,” Sarsour said. “We are struggling against tyrants and rulers, not only abroad in the Middle East or on the other side of the world, but here, in these United States of America, where you have fascists and white supremacists and Islamophobes reigning in the White House,” she declared.
In July, Sarsour again called for a jihad against President Trump, warning she’d take action against the president if anything happens to the far-left “Squad,” Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rashida Tlaib, (D-MI) and Ayanna Pressley (D-MA).
In September 2018, Sarsour blamed Jews for incidents of U.S. police officers shooting unarmed black people.
Sarsour was replaced as a board member of the ‘Pussy Hat’ wearing Women’s March in September after Laura Loomer confronted actress Alyssa Milano on whether she would condemn Sarsour.
Sarsour means cockroach in Arabic.
